- 3 cups chicken broth
- 3/4 cup quick cooking rice
- 1-3 tbsp Spiceitup! Jalapeño Ketchup
- 1/2 cup fine chopped celery
- 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed tomato soup
Combine soup, broth, rice, celery and Jalapeño Ketchup. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover, simmer for 8-10 minutes or until rice is tender. Very nice on cold day.
