Spicy Stir Fried Fish
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh or frozen fish fillets
- 4 tbsp corn starch, split use
- 1 sweet green or red pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 (15.25 oz) can pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Spiceitup! Jalapeño Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Spiceitup! Jalapeño Ketchup
- 3 tbsp canola or cooking oil
- 2 1/2 tbsp sherry
- 4 servings of white rice
Directions
Thaw fish if neccessary. Cut into 1 inch pieces and coat with 3 tbsp corn starch and set aside. Dice red pepper into 3/4 inch cubes and set aside. Drain pineapple and combine pineapple juice with 1 tbsp corn starch. Stir in soy sauce, honey, Spiceitup! Jalapeño Ketchup, vinegar and sherry. In a wok or hot skillet cook fish in canola one minute on each side. Remove fish and stir fry pepper cubes for 2 minutes and remove.
