Big Brothers Big Batch a' Bobba-Q Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 bottles of Spiceitup! (Ben's brother gets discounts on Jalapeño Ketchup)
• 1/2 cup molasses, more to taste, or use sugar
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1/8 cup Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp onion powder
• 3 tbsp mustard
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 cup minced onion (optional)
• 1/2 to 1 cup Jack Daniel's (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and gently simmer in a sauce pan. Slowly stir and taste a lil' at a time. Use this to baste your meat on the grill, or as a dipping sauce! You can divide above ingredients by 2 or 4 for medium or small batches of sauce.
