Hot Saucy Lamb Ribs


  • 3-4 lbs lamb ribs, cut in 3 pieces
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped fine
  • 3/4 cup Spiceitup! Jalapeño Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Cook ribs covered in boiling salt water for 35 minutes and drain. Sauté onion in cooking oil for 2 or 3 minutes and add remaining ingredients. Add water to thin sauce as desired. Grill ribs for 10 minutes on medium hot grill and baste with sauce. Turn ribs, baste and grill 10 more minutes. Use remaining sauce for dipping. Great meal for 3 or 4 or, appetizer at parties.
