Redfish Bake


  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 8 slices bread, chopped
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • Spiceitup! Jalapeno Ketchup


Melt 4 tbsp butter over low heat, add celery and onions and continue to heat until warm. While this is heating cut the skin of the fish in diamond shapes and squeeze lemon juice over the skin and coat liberally with the sticks of butter. Put the bread in a bowl and pour the butter mixture over it and put this into the fish. Now coat the fish with flour, wrap it in foil and bake it for about 45 minutes at 375°F (190.6°C).
