Skillet & Fry Cooking


Spicy Stir Fried Fish

1 lb fresh or frozen fish fillets
4 tbsp corn starch, split use
1 sweet green or red pepper
1/4 cup honey
1 (15.25 oz) can pineapple chunks
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Spiceitup! Jalapeño Ketchup
2 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp canola or cooking oil
2 1/2 tbsp sherry
4 servings of white rice

Thaw fish if neccessary. Cut into 1 inch pieces and coat with 3 tbsp corn starch and set aside. Dice red pepper into 3/4 inch cubes and set aside. Drain pineapple and combine pineapple juice with 1 tbsp corn starch. Stir in soy sauce, honey, Spiceitup! Jalapeño Ketchup, vinegar and sherry. In a wok or hot skillet cook fish in canola one minute on each side. Remove fish and stir fry pepper cubes for 2 minutes and remove.
