Skillet & Fry Cooking
Curried Shrimp
1 onion, diced
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp flour
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
2 tbsp margarine
1/3 cup Spiceitup! Jalapeno Ketchup
2 tsp curry powder
2 tsp flour
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 cups cooked shrimp (cooked lamb, chicken, beef or pork can be
substituted for shrimp)
Sauté onion in margarine. Mix curry powder and flour until smooth then
add tomato soup, Spiceitup!, water and salt. Simmer 20 minutes. Add
lemon juice and shrimp 5 minutes before serving (the other meats can
be added any time). Serve over cooked brown or white rice.
