My Neighbor's Bratwurst

Johnsonville Brats
1/2 course chopped onion
Spiceitup! Jalapeño Ketchup
beer or beer & water

Boil bratwurst and onions, in beer, beer diluted with water or just water for 10 or 15 minutes. Then slap 'em on a hot grill and brown outer casings. Now baste, turn and baste with your favorite Spiceitup! heat level. Don't leave em on too long cuz I'm hungry! My neighbor Jeff "Oley" Olson lives in Wisconsin and I want you to pray for him and his family because he broke his back and is paralyzed but not conquered! Thank You!
